Hustle It is the class where we use Functional training both Cardio and Strength, each week day we will workout a different muscle group and Saturday will be dedicated to the whole body.
Circuit based training utilizing body weight, resistance and cardio exercises suitable for all levels of fitness. A full body work out that will increase strength and cardio fitness. This class will definitely get you your Warrant of Fitness.
